Head Swim Coach 05/2005 – 08/2007
Helped re-structure neighborhood team - implementation of a new program. Manage staff of 4 and 120 children. Design work-outs, schedules, liaison with parent board, maintain all computer entries on weekly basis. Maintained philosophy of keeping summer league swimming fun and competitive, with themed dress-up meet days, posters for home meets, and donut Fridays. Organized end of season awards presentation. Coach Representative for the League. Led team to third at Championships two consecutive seasons.
Hamilton Mill Swim Team, Buford, GA Summers
Head Swim Coach 05/2004 – 08/2004
Managed staff of 4 and 200 children. Operated and maintained all computer data input for weekly roster. Liaison between staff and parent volunteer board. Coach Representative for the League. Led team to undefeated season and Division Championship. Completed CPR/ First Aid Certification, Coaches' Training, Computer Software Training.
